The evolution of strength-based functional training, the BLK BOX Double Cable Training Pod is a game changing addition to any training facility. Featuring a squat bay, two 120kg weight stacks, two pull up stations and integrated shelving, this space-efficient design performs as both a power rack and a dual cable machine, offering near limitless training options, all within arms reach.

The NEXUS Double Cable Training Pod offers the connection between highly functional storage, with cable-based strength training, and free-weight functional training. The two independent 120kg cable columns, offer a variety of training options to add to your programming, including dual and single cable exercises such as cable crossover, cable fly's, lateral raises, pullovers, crunches, lat pull down, extensions, rows and curls.

With its modular design, the BLK BOX Double Cable Training Pod will grow as you do. Wether you choose Samson or Goliath, each pod is compatible with several BLK BOX Rig and Rack Attachments, such as dip stations, pivot benches and lat-pull down seats. Attachments can be mounted either side of the rack to unlock thousands of training possibilities, minimising floor space and maximising your performance.

Construction:

The Double Cable Training Pod comes with six 1.2m shelves as standard. Using an innovative swivel design these shelves can be set to a flat or angled state, allowing the storage of kettlebells, balls, dumbbells, or sandbags.

Every Pod utilises an innovative high-strength adjuster design, where the pulley is adjusted on a carriage featuring high-impact polymer rollers, optimised to ensure smooth and secure adjustment. It's bespoke designed pull-pin design ensures a secure and simple fixing.

Made from start to finish at BLK BOX HQ in Belfast, each BLK BOX Double Cable Training Pod uses two 120kg weight stacks, on a pulley systems using a 2:1 Pulley Ratio. Each cable stack system uses high strength chrome guide rods along with high-tensile galvanised steel cable coated in a durable corrosion resistant polymer. The carabiner end allows any cable machine attachment to be fastened onto the cable column.

The single handle on the cable column features a 160° swivel, and can be quickly adjusted across 23 or 22 different holes of 75mm increments using a pull-pin and roller system. The weight is easily adjusted from the outside of the rack using a magnetic selector pin.

The BLK BOX Double Cable Training Pod features two 1.2m long straight pull up bar, along with a pair of multi-grip pull up handles. These multi-grip handles offer three different grips; narrow neutral, wide neutral and wide. These grip variations play a pivotal role in targeting your upper body muscles and help you master the pull-up. The security can be increased with the addition of Weight Stack Guards for an additional feeling of safety.

Manufactured using laser cut-mild steel uprights, the Double Cable Training Pod has been created for those who want a heavy duty, locally manufactured product, of the highest quality. It is highly customisable, and available in our 9 standard colours, with custom colours available upon request. Each machine is fabricated using a mix of our robotic welding, and the careful touch of our in-house welding team. It is then put our internal industrial paint line, before being packed and tested by our assembly team.
