The BLK BOX Goliath Adjustable Jammer Arms were designed with high performance in mind. Manufactured from start to finish in our Belfast HQ, these Jammer Arms not only offer a range of additional movements, but their modular capability saves valuable floor space.

The addition of the BLK BOX Goliath Adjustable Jammer Arms to a facility opens an endless array of dynamic, complex, explosive or isometric training options. These include but are not limited to incline, decline and flat bench press, along with shoulder press, rows, jammer press, shrugs, squats and deadlifts.

A key offering of the Jammer Arms is they allow athletes to perform explosive movements with greater control and stability when compared to similar free weight movements. The athlete can be placed in the optimum position to ensure correct form throughout the range of movement.

Another advantage of their independent design means they can be used for bilateral and unilateral training, allowing athletes to isolate weaknesses or correct in-balances, while also providing a option for athletes new to training or undergoing recovery, and require a fixed or limited range of motion.

Compatible with any Goliath Rigs & Racks purchased from July 2021, the Adjustable Jammer Arms handles can be quickly and easily detached, and then rolled up or the upright to a height of the athletes choosing, before being reattached. When in position, each Jammer Arm is held using a bespoke designed pull pin, in partnership with a high tensile locating pin for extra security. This spring loaded pull pin snaps back into place at the selected height. A high density rubber bump stop has been added to the rear of the arm to cushion any impact on the uprights.

The arm of each Jammer Arm is manufactured using the same 60x60mm laser-cut steel as our Goliath Uprights. In addition it features the same 4-way hole pattern as the uprights, allowing Goliath Rig and Rack Attachments to be added you to attach J-Hooks and utilise the arms as a Monolift attachment. This modular design also allows the handles to be moved up and down the Jammer arm to any desired height. Combined with the ability to roll up and down the upright, there is an endless possibility of setups.

Designed and made in Belfast, each component of the Goliath Adjustable Jammer Arm has been meticulously designed, tested, and improved to offer maximum performance and durability. Each arm rotates on a combination of solid high tensile chrome bar, and durable self-lubricating roller bearings. The Jammer Arm rolls up and down the upright utilising high impact acetal rollers and high speed bearings, together they offer fast and smooth adjustment. Alongside internal nylon plating of the bracket, the acetal rollers are designed to ensure no scraping of your paintwork. The bracket wrapping around the upright is constructed of durable 10mm laser-cut mild-steel, and features a 30mm diameter zinc-plated handle with 1.2mm knurl. This extra grip ensures no issues when adjusting.

Furthermore, the detachable handle offers an ergonomic 30mm grip, perfect for pulling, pressing and many other movements. This handle features a zinc-plated weight pin, capable of holding 120kg of BLK BOX HD or Colour HD Bumpers. This handle also offers 4 different grip positions; low, high, neutral and 45 degrees.

All components on the BLK BOX Goliath Adjustable Jammer Arms are machined, fabricated, welded, powder coated and assembled at BLK BOX HQ in Belfast. All handles, bearing housings, pins rollers and weight pins are machined on our CNC high precision machines. A high number of parts are welded using our robot welder, while some parts require the detailed touch of our in-house welding team.
