Where is my confirmation email?

Can I collect my order?
Yes, we offer a click and collect service for UK & IRE customers.
Where is my order?
At BLK BOX we aim to dispatch in stock items within 72 hours. The lead times for Stock, Manufactured items and Country lead times are detailed below;
Dispatch Lead Times:
Stock items: Within 3-5 business days
- Example items; Hex Dumbbells, Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Skipping Ropes
Manufactured items: 35 business days
- Example items; Utility Squat Stand, Goliath Half Rack, Wall Mounted Barbell Hanger
Carrier Lead Times:
These lead times are only applicable when your item has left our HQ;
• Ireland: 2-5 business days
•United Kingdom: 2-7 business days
•Europe: 4-18 business days
•Australia: 10-21 business days
•USA: 10-21 business days

My order is missing items?
We are sorry to hear your order was missing items. Please contact us on our online chat, or send an email to support@blkboxfitness.com and include your name and your order number.
Our team will be in touch to get arrange a replacement and resolve this issue for you.
Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Please note that if it’s a parcel, the items may arrive in separate shipments. Please check your tracking for multiple tracking IDs.
Can you explain your free shipping offer?
BLK BOX offers free shipping for orders over £500 for the UK & Ireland. This is valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promo.
Please note that the cost of the product must be over the value of £500 for the free shipping rule to apply.

Which is a manufactured item?
At BLK BOX we manufacture a lot of our own metalwork for our Rigs, Racks and Attachments to ensure high quality kit is provided for our clients.
Items which are not manufactured here in Belfast include;
Olympic Bars, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Mats, Bumper Plates etc.
What are manufacturing lead times?
Blackout Range: 35 working day manufacturing lead time approx.
Goliath Range: 35 working day manufacturing lead time approx.
Samson Range: 35 working day manufacturing lead time approx.
Nexus Range: 35 working day manufacturing lead time approx.
Custom Items: Up to 50 working days manufacturing lead time approx. Talk to our sales team for a more accurate time-frame.
I have received damaged items.
We are sorry to hear some items in your order have arrived damaged. Please contact us via our online chat or send an email to support@blkboxfitness.com.
Please include your name and your order number. Our team will be in touch to arrange a replacement and resolve this issue for you.
How do I request an invoice?
To request an invoice for your order simply drop our team a message on our online chat, or send an email to support@blkboxfitness.com and include your name and your order number.
How do I request a quote?
You can use our 'add to quote' function online and add all the items you want, then submit and it will be sent to a member of our sales team who will get back to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation & Returns
How do I cancel my order?
If you have placed your order in the last 24-48 hours and wish to cancel please contact our team via online chat, email support@blkboxfitness.com or give our team a call on 02890454123. Please be aware if it has been more than 48 hours your order may have already been shipped from our warehouse and you will not be able to cancel the order.
How do I return my order?
We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item in its original state within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
Please be aware all goods must be in a new resalable condition; the product must not be defective or used by the client and must contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.
If you could please repackage the item, fill in and include the Returns Form and mark the package with the addresson the form below. Email support@blkboxfitness.com with your order number and items you wish to return. Once this is completed if you can arrange a courier to return the items to BLK BOX Returns.
Please be aware any costs for returning an item must be covered by you the client (unless the product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect item).
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We hope that you are happy with your BLK BOX products. However, at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. If this happens you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange.
Terms & Conditions
What are your warranty terms?
• All BLK BOX branded equipment is covered by a limited 12-month warranty.
• All BLK BOX manufactured items are covered by a limited structural lifetime guarantee.
• Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.
What are your terms & conditions on returns?
We are working on making click and collect live again in the meantime, please contact support@blkboxfitness.com.
All goods must be in a new resalable condition the product must not be defective or used by the client and contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.
• We may decline a return or exchange during the process if the items returned have been damaged or any of the above stipulations have not been met.
• We will only refund a delivery charge when there has been a direct error in the delivery process. Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected.
• Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.
• Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available in stock.
• This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and item must not be in used in that period. -If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product, and place a new order.
• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
• It sometimes takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.
• Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Why has my rewards status changed?
We want to inform you that our loyalty points programme has now ended as of August 30th, 2024. Points can no longer be redeemed.

Can I have some information on containers?
The BLK BOX container solutions are available using either a 10, or 20ft steel container. Steel containers in both sizes are available as brand-new containers, or as second-hand containers.
The container size and state you choose, can then be painted in your colour of choice. (RAAL TBC by yourself)
If you opt for a 10 ft container, one 1-Bay Wall Mounted rig can be installed on either side of the container(Total: 2 bays). On the 20ft option, one 2-bay Wall Mounted rig can be installed on either side of the container (Total: 4 Bays). As well as our wall mounted rigs, weight plate storage, barbell hangers, all wall mounted attachments are also available. However, unlike metal work that would be installed inside; all metalwork for use on/in your container will have to be galvanised to prevent oxidisation from occurring.
Lead time from payment is roughly 12 weeks and we will keep you informed, when required, during the process.
