PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Designed, manufactured and assembled in Belfast, the BLK BOX Tib Developer Bar is designed to strengthen the Tibialis Anterior muscle on the front of an athlete’s shin.

Weighing just 2.65kg, it's portable and lightweight design makes it ideal for use in the home, the gym, or outdoors. Highly durable each Tib Developer Bar is manufactured from locally sourced, CNC machined, steel.

Strengthening of the Tibialis Anterior muscle has been proven to reduce risk of ankle and tendon injury, It also helps improve ground clearance while walking or running. Ankle exercises have also been shown to help with venous return, which means improving the bodies blood flow back to the heart. It also offers an effective prehab and rehab exercise to prevent or treat the symptoms of shin splints.

Manufactured from start to finish in Belfast, the BLK BOX Tip Developer Bar is made from laser-cut mild steel and finished with textured powdercoat. Each sleeve is zinc-plated to protect from rust and scratching when loading and unloading plates.

This bar is compatible with all BLK BOX Weight Plates, and BLK BOX Bar Collars
