PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. The Big Ass Belt Squat Machine has been designed for elite athletes and performance facilities. Manufactured at the BLK BOX HQ in Belfast using 80mmx80mm laser cut steel. This versatile piece of equipment allows athletes to achieve the benefits of heavy lower body training without putting unnecessary stress on the shoulders or lower back. The Big Ass Belt Squat comes with a Spud Inc Belt Squat Belt.

Benefits of Belt Squats: Performing belt squats rather than traditional back squats / front squats / Zercher squats- can be beneficial for a wide range of reasons. A really important benefit of the belt squat is that it allows an athlete to load the lower body without loading the spine or using the upper body, so it can be hugely useful for athletes with tricky backs and shoulders — even tight elbows can make the back squat problematic.
