PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products are approximately 35 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

Description

The Spartan RAMroller is one of the most durable, versatile, effective and scalable training and recovery tools on offer, capable of being pushed, pulled, squatted, lunged, then deep tissue rolled. The RAMroller is made from 100% recycled material and can function as both a foam roller and compact weight ideal for workouts anywhere, anytime.

This highly functional dense rubber weight is available in five weights from 5kg to 25kg, and lengths up to 660 mm. It has a diameter of 152mm with hollow end, allow multiple grip options. Near impossible to break, the RAMroller also wont lose its shape or firmness over time, and is designed to last a lifetime of work both indoors and outdoors.

Each Spartan RAMroller offers a multiple of workouts. Its cylindrical shape allows it to simulate a barbell, perfect for strength and conditioning, power and core training. Its hollow core offers grip training and can easily be used for HIIT cardio moves such as weighted burpees. You can also rack it for leg work such as squats and lunges. Finally, unlike other weights, it functions as a foam roller to promote muscle recovery.
