Description
The BLK BOX Adjustable Seal Row Bench offers a safer alternative to traditional barbell rows, allowing athletes to train their upper back and lats with reduced strain on the lower back. The bench provides enhanced stability and muscle isolation throughout the exercise.
Available in grey mild-steel or premium brushed stainless steel, the bench is durable and long-lasting, with the stainless steel option offering a more robust, high-end finish.
With 10 height settings (655mm to 880mm in 25mm increments), it accommodates all athletes and adjusts to various angles for upper back or lat-focused exercises. The 60mm thick, 300mm wide pads with 40mm foam and durable leather ensure comfort and support during use.
A cut-out design and nylon plate allow full contractions and explosive movements without barbell damage. The built-in bar rack holds the barbell 255mm off the ground, and our heavy-duty wheels make it easy to move without marking the floor.
