Important information regarding delivery and returns.
We aim to dispatch and deliver all in stock items within 2-10 working days depending on your location in the UK & Ireland. Please note that manufactured items may have a slightly longer lead time.
All pallet deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing support@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item in its original state within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
Please be aware all goods must be in a new resalable condition; the product must not be defective or used by the client and must contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.
If you could please repackage the item, fill in and include the Returns Form and mark the package with the address on the form below. Email support@blkboxfitness.com with your order number and items you wish to return. Once this is completed if you can arrange a courier to return the items to BLK BOX Returns.
Please be aware any costs for returning an item must be covered by you the client (unless the product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect item).
Our opening hours are Mon-Thurs Mon-Thurs 9am-3:30pm and on Fri 9am-12pm.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products as well as your location. Before the final checkout page, you will have the opportunity to generate an estimated cost of shipping. For orders outside the EU all taxes, duties and VAT if applicable will defer and it will be the responsibility of the client to pay these charges when the order arrives in their destination country.
