The BLK BOX Utility Bar – 20kg is made with a 28mm shaft, and IWF standard, with one roller bearing and one bronze bushing per sleeve, offering a good spin. The 180 kPSI offers a good whip, and its hardened chrome finish a high level of corrosion resistance while allowing the athlete to feel medium knurl.
Dual IPF and IWF knurl markings allow consistent hand placement whether performing weightlifting or powerlifting movements.

Does what it does. Only downfall for me is that my celling is too low so can't fit the bracket to the wall to store it.
