FULL SEND TO MADISON
What a weekend! Where do we start?
It was the final weekend of Semi Finals for the 2022 Games and are we biased in saying, it’s been our favourite weekend yet? BLK BOX Athlete Emma McQuaid has punched a ticket Madison for the fourth time. Finishing 2nd on the leaderboard at Strength in Depth CrossFit Semi Finals in London after 6 gruelling workouts, hard fought and well-earned after 9 months of heart wrenching training.
Having started CrossFit at the age of 24, Emma has three CrossFit Games appearances under her belt, were she has steadily improved her position from 20th to 12th.
