BLK BOX, a leader in high-performance training equipment, is proud to announce its role in equipping the IRFU High-Performance Training Facility within the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena in Abbotstown.

Following an extensive selection process, BLK BOX was chosen to deliver world-class equipment designed to elevate the training experience of Ireland's top athletes. The newly opened €6 million facility is part of the Phase Two expansion of the National Indoor Arena and is set to become a benchmark for high-performance sports training in Europe.

A Tailored Training Solution for IRFU

Working closely with the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), BLK BOX helped design a truly elite training space, optimising floor space with innovative, multifunctional workstations. Central to this solution is the Samson Combo Rack, which was developed in collaboration with the IRFU team. A total of six Samson Combo Racks were installed, specifically designed to meet the rigorous needs of elite athletes.

The Samson Series combines the best features of Samson Full and Half Racks, offering superior versatility and space-saving solutions, including integrated weight plate storage for a more efficient workout environment.

A Landmark Achievement for High-Performance Training

The completion of this cutting-edge facility is the result of nearly two years of collaboration between BLK BOX and the IRFU. It stands as a premier training space, setting new standards for elite performance in Ireland and Europe. The success of the project is a testament to the quality of the design and the dedication of all involved in bringing this vision to life.
