PMCK FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Based in Ballyholland just outside Newry, Paul is focused on both one to one and group training. His aim is to transform clients physically whilst creating longevity of health. Paul has chosen three standalone half racks for his facility. These racks have been customised to his branding, opting for the colour green and ‘PMCK Functional Fitness’ laser cut into each rack. The finishing touch on this facility was the addition of cardio equipment ranging from an assault bike, ski erg and rower. This not only allows his clients a variety of cardio options, it also means Paul can open his facilities to larger classes.
