Inbound Sales Rep
At BLK BOX our sales team is made up of experienced coaches, athletes, consultants and engineers who advise a wide range of clients across the world on how to design their gym facilities. We are deeply client centric and design every facility with a user-centred design methodology, assessing the needs and training philosophies for both our clients and their clientele. Our clients range from the independent gym owner who has a limited budget but requires maximum ROI, to the top S&C coaches in the world where we need to ensure they have the highest standard of training facilities for their elite athletes.
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by being responsible for handling high volume inbound sales opportunities from various platforms and qualifying and converting these into sales.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Customer Focused: Engage with leads via phone, email and other platforms to qualify and identify opportunities.
- Hand Off: Hand off qualified leads to our teams of BDEs and BDMs along with details of the enquiry.
- Sales Conversion: Convert lead conversations into successful sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Order Processing: Accurately process new orders.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new and existing products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups on the business CRM.
The ideal person
- Sales Experience: Similar or previous experience working in a sales role.
- Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Expert Advisor: Ability to offer informed and valuable advice on gym equipment, demonstrating a deep understanding of fitness products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Persuasive: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Organised: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and sales processes simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage client interactions and sales activities.
- Self-Motivated: Driven by targets with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Product Knowledge: Keen interest in staying updated on the latest fitness products and industry trends.
