Key Accounts Co-ordinator

About the Job:

This role will be the lynchpin to the success of Key Accounts Department. Ensuring that BLK BOX not only uphold & deliver upon contract SLA’s, but to strengthen and develop lasting relationships with our key clients. Working closely alongside the Key Accounts Manager, this role will facilitate the administration & support required for BLK BOX to successfully deliver end-to-end projects for our clients across the UK and Europe.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key account clients.
  • Build, manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful operational delivery of BLK BOX solutions according to key account client’s needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Producing equipment quotations
  • Become an expert in our key account client products and offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client needs.

  • Outstanding ability to multi-task and constantly prioritise with an often-conflicting workload.
  • An energetic, confident and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport and be comfortable with all forms of communication i.e., telephone, email, face-to-face meetings etc.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • Ambitious, driven and hard-working.
  • Passionate about their role and the wider success of BLK BOX.
  • Be highly methodical and take ownership of a project, seeing it through to completion with the highest attention to detail. .
  • Flexibility to travel to European region if/when needed.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Passionate about fitness and the industry.
  • You will possess a strong team ethos in your work and are always willing to provide support to co-workers.

 

Desirable Skills/Experiences

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Degree of relevant Account Management Experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven historical experience working in an account management role
  • Desirable: Industry relevant experience
