The BLK BOX Utility Bar – 15kg is made with a 25mm shaft, and IWF standard for 15kg bars, with one roller bearing and one bronze bushing per sleeve, offering a good spin. The 180 kPSI offers a good whip, and its hardened chrome finish a high level of corrosion resistance while allowing the athlete to feel medium knurl. While dual IPF and IWF knurl markings allow consistent hand placement whether performing weightlifting or powerlifting movements, and the addition of a centre knurl ensures greater control during squats or similar movements.
