The BLK BOX Plate-Loaded Seated Calf Raise has been designed and made in our Belfast HQ specifically for training the soleus muscles. Featuring an adjustable 60mm thick thigh pad that can be adjusted easily using the pull-pin system with 5 different height settings. The 1inch diameter handles above the pads offer the option of self spotting and are covered in neoprene for added comfort and grip, and the range of rubber stoppers will prevent any damage or scrapes occurring to the floor.

The levered design offers a complete stretch of the calves while giving maximum resistance for minimum weight, with a scale up factor of 2.86 x plate load + 10kg. So whatever weight you add to the weight peg, the force you feel will be that weight multiplied by 2.68 plus 10kg. The weight peg is coated in zinc and is highly scratch resistant.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
