Our change plates allow you to gradually increase the weights of your lifts, helping you achieve your one rep max. Our HD Technique Weight Plates are made from SBR Rubber with a matte finish. These plates are available in 1.25kg and 2.5kg weights. Our Competition Change Plate Set feature a durable rubber exterior and offer up excellent grip when applied to any Olympic barbell.

Our change plates set are sold in pairs with weight increments ranging from 0.5kg to 20kg.
